Income Potential:

  • Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week): Earn $2,500 - $5,000+/month
  • Full-Time (35-45 hrs/week): Earn $7,000 - $12,000+/month
  • Daily Commissions: Earn commissions paid directly by our insurance carriers.
  • Growth-Oriented Team: Receive regular coaching, recognition, and opportunities for advancement.

What We Do:

We connect with clients online or over the phone, guiding them to identify the insurance options they qualify for—all in a professional and consultative manner.

What We Don’t Do:

No mandatory territories, rigid hours, or chasing down friends and family. We focus on meaningful client interactions, not pressure-filled tactics.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
  • No prior experience in the insurance industry or underwriting principles required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current Life, Health, and Accident state license is a plus, but not required
  • A person who enjoys helping others and seeks a positive, growth-oriented culture
  • Fun, gets things done, and always does the right thing, even when no one is looking
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to make a positive impact
