• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims for various third-party payers.
• Review claims and assist with corrections and resubmission of denied claims.
• Post payments, adjustments, and contractual write-offs accurately and timely.
• Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain payer information in the EMR and ensure client insurance data accuracy.
• Generate client billing statements and respond to inquiries.
