Concord Counseling Services, based in Westerville, Ohio, seeks an Insurance & Billing Specialist to support our billing and revenue cycle operations. You will process claims, post payments, and maintain accurate payer data in our EMR system.

The ideal candidate has healthcare billing experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of third-party payer requirements in a behavioral health setting. This on-site role offers a stable work environment with competitive pay.

Formación

• Healthcare billing experience required.
• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare billing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims to commercial, government, and third-party payers.
• Post payments, adjustments, and contractual write-offs accurately and timely.
• Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate credentialing activities for clinical staff and assist with payer enrollment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate client insurance information.
