Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Insurance Follow-Up/Claim Edits Supervisor to lead our Insurance Follow-Up team. You will supervise a team of Patient Account Representatives, oversee claims processing, denial management, and AR activities while ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.

The position is full-time at The Vancouver Innovation Center (VIC) with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare billing and collections.
• At least 2 years in a medical business environment with knowledge of insurance billing regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• This role may require MFA via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Patient Account Representatives.
• Track productivity metrics and monitor phone activity to maintain service standards.
• Analyze AR trends and implement denial reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, coding standards, and internal policies.
