Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively between clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
• Oversee engagement economics and manage resources to achieve goals.
• Guide and identify risks during audits, ensuring appropriate responses.
• Mentor associates through reviews and feedback.
• Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Review financial reports and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Update the engagement partner regularly and involve them in client issue resolutions.
• Develop technical expertise and serve as a technical consultant.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• Passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with insurance audits.
• Proven leadership and development skills for A&A associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's in accounting; Master's preferred.
