Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
2. Oversee engagement economics and manage resources to achieve goals.
3. Provide guidance on engagement risks and audit procedures.
4. Mentor and develop associates through reviews and feedback.
5. Resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
6. Review financial reports and ensure timely delivery of client work.
7. Update engagement partners and involve them in client issue resolutions as needed.
8. Develop technical expertise and serve as a technical consultant.
9. Identify opportunities for expanded services and foster long-term relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with insurance audits and leading audit teams.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
