What Your Day Looks Like

• Communicating with clients and the firm to meet engagement objectives.
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing resources to meet goals.
• Providing guidance to identify and respond to engagement risks.
• Mentoring associates through reviews and feedback.
• Resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Updating the engagement partner on project status and client issues.
• Developing technical expertise and serving as a technical consultant.
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Fostering long-term business development relationships.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates will have a passion for client service, integrity, project management skills, and leadership abilities. A sense of urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Proven leadership and development skills for A&A associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.

Cherry Bekaert offers competitive compensation based on performance, with a salary range of $91,200 to $164,200. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and more. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. as Cherry Bekaert will not sponsor visas.
