What Your Day Looks Like

• Communicating with clients and the firm to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing resources to meet goals.
• Guiding and ensuring risks are identified and appropriate responses, including audit steps, are taken.
• Mentoring associates through reviews and feedback.
• Resolving complex audit and accounting issues.
• Reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Providing status updates to the engagement partner and involving them in client issue resolutions.
• Developing technical specialization and serving as a technical consultant.
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded services.
• Fostering long-term business development relationships.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for client service, integrity, project management, and leadership. A sense of urgency is essential in our fast-paced environment.

• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with Insurance audits.
• Ability to lead and develop A&A associates.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Bachelor's in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification and active license.

Our salary range for this position is $91,200 to $164,200. Salaries depend on experience, education, skills, and location. We also offer a benefits package including bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. For details, visit our benefits page.
