TEKsystems is seeking detail-oriented Audit Associates (Premium Auditors) to join our Omaha team. You will review payroll and business records to determine premium exposure for multiple commercial lines, conducting audits and documenting findings, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and accuracy, with a hybrid work schedule two days onsite weekly. A bachelor’s degree and Excel proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll, tax, accounting, and business records to determine premium exposure for commercial policies.
• Conduct premium audits by gathering and analyzing payroll, operational, and employee data from policyholders.
• Evaluate policy classifications, apply state rating rules, and recommend class code changes where appropriate.
• Complete audit documentation, process findings in company systems, and explain audit results to policyholders.
• Provide professional customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with audit procedures.
