Job summary

The Underwriter Services Association is seeking a Premium Insurance Field Auditor to perform audits of various insurance policies. This role requires scheduling appointments and traveling about four days a week within the Omaha territory. The auditor will work independently from home and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation

• Hourly pay plus production bonus incentives as per EXL policies.
• Target total first‑year earnings between $35k and $52k (hourly base rate varies by experience and location).
• No cap on production bonus incentives.
