Job summary

Clyde & Co Las Vegas is seeking an associate with 2-5 years PQE in insurance defense, coverage disputes, or reinsurance. Nevada Bar admission or eligibility is required. You will work on high-stakes U.S.

insurance litigation and cross-border matters in a collegial, global firm with a strong local platform. The Las Vegas office offers exposure to market-leading matters from day one, collaborative teams, secondment opportunities, and a culture that combines global capability with regional service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in insurance defense, commercial litigation, or coverage counseling.
• Admission to the Nevada Bar or eligibility through reciprocity or examination is required.
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school.

Responsibilities

• Draft dispositive motions and complex pleadings.
• Argue hearings and manage discovery in insurance-related matters.
• Advise on coverage disputes and coordinate with cross-border teams.
