The ideal candidate will manage a caseload across general, product, premises, and catastrophic injury matters, take and defend depositions, and draft and respond to discovery with excellent research and writing skills.

Candidates should be proactive, organized, and able to interact professionally with opposing counsel and clients.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of strong litigation experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, and drafting and responding to discovery.
• Excellent research and writing skills with strong legal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10–20 matters.
• Investigate claims and develop case handling strategies.
• Draft and respond to discovery; review documents for production.
