This position focuses on drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and applying insurance policies to provide clear coverage opinions for clients. You will join a team that values rigorous analysis and timely collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Submit filings to the court.
