• Admitted to practice in Nevada; multiple admissions a plus.
• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and time-sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, briefs, and coverage opinions that carry real weight.
• Preparing and responding to written discovery.
• Analyzing insurance policies and advising clients on coverage positions.
• Conducting legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Reviewing documents and building case strategy ahead of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions, and attending hearings and mediations.
• Preparing court filings and submissions.
• Corresponding directly with clients and colleagues on active matters.
