Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied caseload of insurance litigation cases across multiple lines, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty insurance.
2. Engage in regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, focusing on corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, and solvency.
3. Collaborate directly with clients, providing guidance and building long-term relationships.
4. Participate in business development and networking within the insurance industry.
5. Balance independent case management with teamwork and support within the practice group.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance or related fields.
• Strong motivation to develop and expand expertise in insurance law and industry relationships.
• Ability to handle a substantial caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York, depending on location.
