Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Flagstaff, AZ to support Account Executives and Managers in a fast-paced insurance environment. The role involves data entry, document handling, and maintaining carrier information while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of professional experience in insurance, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
• 1–2 years of professional experience, insurance, or with a carrier preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, prospects, and colleagues
• Strong MS Office skills, e.g., MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Executives and Account Managers to include but not limited to: Photocopying, Printing, Binding, Labeling
• Data Entry
• Process MVRs as per established Agency guidelines
• Maintain department reports as request by supervisor
• Maintenance of department carrier information and website management
• Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures and state regulations
• Assume other job responsibilities as requested by supervisor
