The role emphasizes delivering quality customer service, processing certificates and endorsements, and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems to support client needs and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare certificates of insurance and maintain certificate holders updates.
• Process loss runs and on-demand loss run requests.
• Handle direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits.
• Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers.
• Prepare policy binders for delivery to clients.
• Maintain an accurate suspense system for items needing response.
• Input/maintain data in account management and ancillary systems.
• Provide receptionist support when needed.
