Job summary

HUB International, a global insurance broker, is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Indianapolis. You will support the First Call Resolution Team handling insurance, billing, and administrative questions while maintaining client relationships and ensuring service standards.

Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and EPIC.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and callbacks promptly.
Handle billing questions, basic policy inquiries, and endorsements.
Serve as triage to connect clients with the right team members.
Process endorsements and route complex changes to leaders.
Build and maintain relationships with agency clients.
Communicate clearly with clients in writing and verbally.
Educate clients on basic property/casualty questions; refer complex queries to the appropriate colleague.
Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities.
Follow agency standards to reduce exposure and ensure proper documentation.
Obtain initial claims information and route to carrier claims.
