Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, insurance, or with a carrier preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, prospects, and colleagues
• Ability to interpret and understand insurance policy forms and coverage details
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also working effectively with a high degree of autonomy

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Account Managers; perform administrative tasks.
• Process MVRs as per agency guidelines and maintain department reports.
• Maintain department carrier information and website management.
• Adhere to all agency systems, procedures and state regulations.
• Assume other responsibilities as requested by supervisor
