Job summary

MathCo, a global Enterprise AI and Analytics company, seeks an Engagement Manager with deep Insurance domain expertise to lead analytics engagements for insurance carriers. You will drive pricing effectiveness, renewal performance, and profitability through AI-driven decision solutions while coordinating with Pricing, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics, and Technology teams.

You will guide multi-disciplinary delivery across Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Application Engineering,

Qualifications

8–12 years in analytics, AI, or transformation with client leadership.
5+ years leading analytics/pricing/actuarial programs in insurance.
Strong track record coordinating Pricing, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics, and Tech.
Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, renewal strategies, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Define objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Lead pricing optimization, rate strategy, renewal pricing and retention efforts.
Collaborate with pricing and actuarial teams on performance and outcomes.
Translate insurance challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
Manage delivery across Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Business Analysis.
Communicate insights, risks, and business impact to senior client stakeholders.
Drive governance, risk management, and change enablement across teams.
Expand engagements through AI-led transformation opportunities.
Coordinate globally across time zones and diverse teams.
