RiverSource is seeking a Business Analyst II focused on Insurance New Business and Underwriting. You will drive analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering across business, technology, data, risk, and leadership to turn priorities into scalable solutions.

The role offers exposure to enterprise stakeholders and opportunities to influence process improvement. You will develop KPIs and dashboards, analyze data trends, and support governance, testing, and adoption of model-enabled

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or related transformation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, MIS, mathematics, economics, data science, CS.
U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and testing.
Structure ambiguous problems and help prioritize work by value, feasibility, risk.
Develop dashboards and KPI reports for leadership visibility.
Support AI/ML initiatives with governance, testing, and adoption activities.
Collaborate with underwriting, operations, tech, data, risk, and product partners.
