About Keith Mays - Regional Director of The Carolinas: Keith considers himself the luckiest man alive, blessed with a beautiful family of four children, including a 12-year-old son and 10-year-old triplet girls. Married to his wife Jean, Keith enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, kayaking, camping, and golf. He dedicates much of his time to supporting his children's sports and activities, emphasizing family bonds.

With a background in the 82nd Airborne as a Linguistic Interrogator, Keith transitioned into insurance and financial services, driven by a passion for helping others. Over 23 years, he has held various roles in field distribution and corporate leadership. He finds his true calling close to agents, helping them develop and achieve their dreams.
