Job summary

Horace Mann seeks Exclusive Insurance Agents in Perry Hall, MD to help educators access affordable coverage and financial security. This 1099 role offers performance-based compensation, an exclusive territory, and strong support, training, and a multiline product portfolio.

Leverage relationship-building skills to serve groups and individuals, network at community events, and pursue Life, Health, and Property/Casualty licenses. No external office required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life and Health, P&C).
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required/optional depending on region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
