Job summary

Horace Mann in the United States is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators access affordable coverage and financial security. This role operates on a 1099 compensation model with incentives and an exclusive territory.

You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a dedicated service representative to build and manage your agency, network within your community, and present tailored insurance solutions to groups and individuals. No external office is required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
