Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to build and manage your own agency focused on educators, operating as an independent contractor with Horace Mann’s support, portfolio, and technology to reach financial goals.

This role offers performance-based compensation with incentives and a dedicated Premier Service Representative to handle client service, enabling you to focus on growth, networking, and strategic relationship building.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency serving educators and clients.
