Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable coverage and financial security. You will build a private agency, supported by dedicated service reps and an exclusive territory, while growing your client base with a cutting-edge technology platform.

The role offers a competitive 1099 compensation plan, quarterly and 48-month incentives, and extensive training to scale your business with no external office required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (Life and Health; Property and Casualty).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
