Job summary

Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent and shape the financial futures of educators. You’ll work to build a personal agency within an exclusive territory, supported by a dedicated service representative and cutting-edge technology.

As an independent contractor, you’ll have access to a comprehensive product portfolio and incentive programs designed to reward performance in the first 48 months, with no external office required for two years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
