Horace Mann is seeking driven individuals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents. You will build and manage an agency with an exclusive territory, supported by cutting‑edge technology and a comprehensive product portfolio.

The role offers 1099 compensation with an industry‑leading incentive plan and dedicated service support to grow your network and business. You’ll focus on educators, pursue licensing paths including Life/Health and Property/Casualty, and may obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 where

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
