Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in the United States. You will operate as a 1099 contractor with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, and a dedicated service representative to support your client work.

Responsibilities include identifying affordable insurance solutions for educators, building market access, and networking at events. Licenses in Life/Health and Property/Casualty are required, with FINRA licenses optional where

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
