Job summary

Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Kingman, AZ to drive sales and build client relationships in a niche market for educators. You’ll operate under a 1099 framework with performance-based pay and an extensive incentive package.

You will benefit from dedicated support, cutting-edge tools, and a broad multiline product portfolio designed to meet diverse client needs. Training and territory access are provided to help you grow your network and business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
