Job summary

Horace Mann in the United States is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and lead your own agency. This 1099 role offers an industry-leading incentive package and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio.

You will focus on educators, develop market access, and build relationships while leveraging cutting-edge technology and dedicated service support. No external office is required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
