Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Scottsdale, AZ to help educators secure affordable protection and financial security. You will build a personal agency, leverage a vast portfolio, and engage with communities to grow your network and client base.

You will operate on a 1099 commission model with incentives, a dedicated service representative, and access to cutting-edge technology to support and scale your operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
• Achieve market access and build strong relationships with clients and communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
