Job summary

Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will build a personal agency with support, training, and an exclusive territory, backed by cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio.

You’ll focus on relationship-building, presenting products to individuals and groups, and leveraging market access programs to grow your network in a niche market.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Licensed in Life and Health Insurance or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure affordable insurance solutions for educators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
