Job summary

Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent. This 1099 role offers a performance-based compensation structure with a substantial 48-month incentive program, supported by a dedicated service representative.

You will operate in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and ongoing training, without needing a physical office for the first two years. You will focus on building relationships with educators, presenting tailored insurance and financial products, and

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Achieve market access and build strong relationships with clients.
