Horace Mann invites motivated professionals to join as Exclusive Agents, with a defined territory and an exclusive niche. You will work under a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly incentives during the first 48 months.

You will have a dedicated Service Representative to handle client service, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio that supports educators’ financial security.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
