Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to own a defined territory with no overlap from other agents. You’ll manage a 1099-based, incentive-driven path to establishing and growing your personal agency.

Leverage cutting-edge technology, a dedicated service representative, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet educators' insurance and financial needs. The role emphasizes relationship-building, community engagement, and proactive business development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance License (state).
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency


• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)


• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License


• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
