Your success relies on your ability to identify opportunities, network with schools and groups, and present insurance and financial solutions with integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Licensing requirements include Life & Health and Property & Casualty, with FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency with exclusive territory.
• Present Horace Mann products to educators and related groups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
