Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Katy, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with a path to uncapped commissions and bonuses.

The role includes comprehensive paid training, licensing, ongoing mentorship, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401K match. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; P&C license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and deposits; document in agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
