The Ashley Waite Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Agent in Training to join our Farmers Insurance team. You will build client relationships, assess needs, and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverage while working toward measurable sales goals.

You'll receive hands-on coaching, ongoing training, and opportunities for long-term advancement, including leadership and potential agency ownership. Hybrid scheduling may be available based on agency needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and guiding clients through purchases.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses if not already held.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

• Develop long-term relationships through proactive service, follow-up, and policy reviews.

• Maintain accurate lead and client information using agency CRM systems.
• Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and agency growth initiatives.
