Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking driven insurance professionals in Holyoke, MA to join our independent agency team. This 1099 role offers an industry-competitive, performance-based compensation plan with a 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives to reward your early success while you build a robust client base serving educators.

You will leverage our technology, training, and Premier Service Rep support to grow your agency, expand market access, and establish lasting relationships

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable in certain regions.

Requirements:
