Horace Mann Educators Corporation - Agent Opportunities is seeking Exclusive Agents to expand a nationwide multi-line portfolio for educators. You will work with a Premier Service Representative while building your own agency and network.

The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, incentive programs for 48 months, and access to cutting-edge technology and training. Applicants should have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services and hold Life/Health and Property & Casualty licenses,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Property and Casualty License required.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
