Horace Mann is seeking ambitious insurance professionals to join our educator-focused agency in California. This role operates under a 1099 compensation model with a 48-month incentive package designed to reward activity and production.

You will leverage a multi-line product portfolio, strong relationship-building programs, and technology to grow your client base and help educators secure financial prosperity. We provide mentorship and training to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident state general lines licenses for Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing is a plus in applicable regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an agency focused on educators to achieve financial prosperity.

Requirements:
