Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain required insurance licenses.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
