Job summary

Horace Mann seeks Exclusive Agents to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial protection while building their own independent agency network.

You will leverage a multiline product portfolio, enjoy a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with a 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, and dedicated support to grow your market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• State licenses: Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
