• Excellent conversational skills and ability to explain complex terms clearly.
• Comfort working with standard computer systems and lead management software.

Responsibilities

• Listen to potential clients to identify coverage needs and financial goals.
• Explain insurance options clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and life insurance products.
• Maintain organized client interactions and follow-ups in the database.
• Foster relationships with community members through proactive outreach and service.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure policies are processed accurately.
