Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing follow‑up as necessary.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. This includes answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Use a customer‑centric, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
