Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable coverage and financial security. You will operate with a 1099 compensation model, earning incentives tied to your activity and success, and benefit from a dedicated service representative to handle client service work.

You will have an exclusive territory and access to cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive product portfolio to meet varied client needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licences: Life and Health, Property and Casualty licences.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licences (if applicable in your region).

What We're Looking For:
