Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial protection. This 1099 opportunity offers an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly incentives based on performance.

You will operate in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology, a dedicated service representative, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. No external office is required for Registered Representatives who establish within 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry
• Resident state licenses in Life and Health Insurance (preferred)

• Build and manage your agency and territory autonomously

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
