Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial protection. This role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure and an opportunity to build a niche agency in a national market with cutting-edge technology and dedicated service support.

You will establish relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and actively network within the education community to grow your business and client base.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Licenses required: Life and Health, Property & Casualty, FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
