Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators protect their families with affordable, comprehensive insurance and financial plans while growing a personal client base. As an independent contractor outside a fixed office, you’ll manage your schedule, work within an exclusive territory, and leverage Horace Mann’s multiline product portfolio and technology to serve clients effectively.

You'll build relationships, pursue networking and community events, and pursue license

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
